No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Fragrances and beauty products are highly susceptible to tampering, which could compromise their integrity, quality, and authenticity. To ensure that every customer receives only untouched, authentic, and high-quality products, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances. Please review all product details carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to support@nicetheengs.com with:

• A clear description of the issue
• Supporting photos of the item and packaging

Once we review the information, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before your order has shipped, and we will process the cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
